The license terms for using Maggie Home software, dashboard interfaces, and app features.
License
Maggie Home grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Maggie Home software and dashboard for your household or approved organization, subject to these terms and your subscription plan.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, overload, or attempt to extract source code from Maggie Home except where law allows. You may not use the software to build a competing service or bypass usage limits, security controls, billing, or feature gating.
Ownership
Maggie Home and its software, designs, trade names, brand elements, documentation, and service architecture remain owned by Maggie Home or its licensors. Household content remains subject to the content permissions described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Updates and availability
The software may update automatically or change over time. Some features may require a current browser, network access, third-party provider account, active subscription, microphone permission, or compatible device.
App stores and third parties
If Maggie Home is distributed through an app store or installed platform, that platform may have additional rules. Third-party integrations, AI providers, ad providers, payment providers, calendar providers, and smart-home systems remain governed by their own terms.
Termination
This license ends if your account is terminated, your access expires, or you violate these terms. When the license ends, you must stop using Maggie Home and remove any local copies unless otherwise allowed by law or an export process.
No warranty
The software is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law. Maggie Home does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or free of errors.
